The registration fee for delegates includes access to all sessions (including refreshments and lunch), the exhibition, poster area, the opening and closing session as well as the social function held during the course of the conference. The registration fee excludes hotel accommodation, travel expenses and any other incidentals. A three-tiered fees structure is offered with lower registration fees for delegates from low-, and middle- income countries (World Bank Classification).

Your conference registration will be confirmed once payment has been received. Access to the conference will only be allowed to fully paid-up delegates. Payment is due on receipt of an invoice.

Student registration fee

To register as a student delegate, you must provide proof of fulltime enrolment at a tertiary institution at both the time of registration and during the conference. Only a limited amount of student registrations will be accepted and all registrations are subject to approval. The registration fee for students includes access to all sessions (including refreshments and lunch), the exhibition, poster area as well as the opening and closing session. Should you wish to attend the Gala Dinner, an additional fee of R575 (incl 14% VAT) will apply.

Invitation letters

Delegates who require an invitation letter for the VISA application process must indicate the requirement during the registration process and complete all the required information. Invitation letters will only be submitted once full payment has been received for your registration.

Cancellation policy

The Conference is a pre-paid event and it is the delegate's responsibility to ensure payment is made before attending the conference. Having submitted the online registration form and ticking the I Agree box, the applicant accepts responsibility for full payment of the registration fee, without prejudice.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please note that telephonic cancellations are not permitted. Cancellations received on or before 14 August 2015 will incur a 20% administration fee. Registrants submitting cancellations after this date will be held liable for the full payment. Refunds will only be paid in South African Rand (ZAR) to the value of the currency on the day of re-imbursement. Any transaction costs will be deducted from the refundable amount prior to the re-imbursement.

There is no charge for delegate substitutions, but the request must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Officer, accompanied by written permission from the original registrant. No refund or credit can be given to participants who register but do not attend. The full fee is liable as costs would have been incurred on your behalf for the event.
